Pre-measured corn sugar for bottling. To begin bottling, place a small sauce pan on the stove with a cup of water in it. Pour in the priming sugar and boil for 5 minutes. Cover and let cool. Attach the spigot to the hole in the bottling bucket. Sanitize 53 (12 oz.) bottles, caps and all equipment. Use a siphon and hose to siphon your beer into the bottling bucket. Gently pour in the priming sugar solution, using the hose or a large spoon to stir. Attach the bottle filler tube to the spigot with a one inch piece cut from the flexible hose. Fill each bottle to less than one inch from the top and cap.
