Adds body, mouth feel, fermentable sugars and a dry, crisp, slightly sour taste to ales and lagers. Use with caraway seeds to create a unique ale, with wheat malts for a very dry, tangy wheat beer, or increase the amount and mash with plenty of Munich malt for a rich, malty, spicy beer with a special, slightly dry edge.
