Eliminates pectin haze in wines made from pectin rich fruit. Increases juice yield from fruits by breaking down cellular structure. Recommended usage: 1/2 teaspoon per gallon for Pectic Enzyme Powder or 1/4 teaspoon per 5 gallons for Pectic Enzyme Solution.
